3 words that became hard to say


Three words! Well, what if you woke up and saw cupid; right next to your bedside, staring at you… that even when you jumped out of your bed, he never fidgeted, nor made a move and with all seriousness, he sat up and asked you: what are the three words that became hard to say? How would you feel?
Well party boys and girls; I am not cupid but the joke would seriously be on you!

I am sorry.

This is otherwise known as ‘an apology’ which entails the acknowledgement of injury with an acceptance of responsibility.
As ordinary as it may sound; this word could actually calm a raging spirit or even turn a stony heart to be softened. It has the power to avert chaos. ‘I am sorry’ is the most magical phrase that could ever be uttered.

I love you.

How come we get so shy about saying things like I love you? Life is so short for u not to express our true thoughts for others. Our time here on earth is limited and what happens on the morrow is indeed unknown but within this moment in which we do exist; it’s important choosing our words wisely, especially in expressing your gratitude to people around you which magically creates an echo of love.
“I love you’ is a strong word, but it has the power to make one happy, to give joy, it can make light and also inspire. No three words have greater power than ‘I love you’

I forgive you.

To forgive is to gain back freedom, to be at peace inside your own skin and to be glad in each other’s presence. When you forgive, you are spared the dismal corrosion of bitterness and wounded pride.
Forgiveness brings about peace, humility; that even when you utter the words ‘I forgive you’ you aren’t just saying any other word but rather; getting healed of a hurt. Forgiveness do have no limits. ‘Forgiveness is not an occasional act; it is a permanent attitude’ – Martin Luther King.


As we head down our different paths in life, we will eventually face times of sadness, pain, and the feeling of defeats. It is within these moments that these three simple words that became hard to say carry’s the power to turn it all around. What makes us human is being able to freely utter these words at the time it’s appropriate.
